The resort offers a beautiful location with clean, spacious rooms and a remarkable diving experience, thanks in part to the knowledgeable staff. However, there were several downsides, including unclean dining conditions, inadequate service with room cleaning, and some maintenance issues with the facilities. Overall, while the resort has potential, it needs significant improvements in cleanliness and service to enhance the guest experience.

We had an overall pleasant experience at the resort, enjoying the spacious rooms and various swimming pools. The combination of activities for both kids and adults made our stay enjoyable, although the dining options could have been improved. The lack of a sandy beach and some cleanliness issues in the rooms were downsides, but the pools, especially the hot springs, made up for it.
